Just wondering why in your article you started by talking about the product like you were a consumer and then towards the end you actually said “Our” customer service. Then a sentence before that you said “they claim”
Then in the end you said. “I guess I should give it a try”
If you have never tried it before how would you know all the in and outs about the product?

Travis, thanks for your comment, as you have noticed maybe we bring many products and some of the products are tested from friends and regular blog readers, so, its impossible for us to try all the pet products and food, otherwise my dog and cat will be a lab rat.
