It is going to depend on the size of the person and the type of dog. Many dogs are made to such task, but if you are 300 pounds don't torcher the dog.

Oxygen is interesting in the fact that it is required for life, yet is responsible for much of the damage to our (mammals) cells.
Since most free radicals are types of oxygen molecules, it is important to increase the activity of the antioxidant enzymes within the mammal's body, which helps to prevent cellular damage by these free radicals.
Maintaining a high level of substances such as flavoniods and sulfur-containing amino acids assures that these enzymes will reach a peak activity.
These compounds (flavonoids, catotenes) are found in most all vegetables and unprocessed foods and are recognized for their safe dossages.
It is important to be aware of the vitamins and minerals which conduct increased antioxidant enzyme activity, as some minerals and vitamins in excess can actually do more harm than good to your animal (iron, copper and vitamin C for example).
In general, giving our pets foods and supplements which are high in flavonoids and catotenes as well as sulfur, insures a greater probability of antioxidant and free radical protection.

most people think that dogs are like us just because they love us, i think that humans correct mistakes based on experience and conclusions, for dogs its all about experience and this leads to time, the more you will train the dog on something the closer you get there. cheers guys.
